Later, the convicts allegedly pushed off Himadri from the four-storey building after unleashing ferocious Doberman dogs on him.
Himu succumbed to his injuries on May 23, 2012, 26 days after the incident at Dhaka’s Square Hospital.
Later, Asit Das, maternal uncle of Himu, filed a case against the five people with Panchlaish Police Station.
Police submitted a chargesheet against them on September 30, 2012. On February 3, 2014, a court indicted the five people in the murder case.
