Bangladesh face UAE in AFC U-16 soccer tomorrow


Dhaka- Bangladesh will start their AFC U16 Championship 2018 qualifiers when they face strong United Arab Emirates in their group E opening match scheduled to be held tomorrow (Wednesday) at Grand Hamed Stadium in Doha, Qatar.The match kicks off at 9.45 pm (BST).Ahead of the first match, the Bangladesh team had their practice session trying their best to adjust to the local weather condition, according to a message received here from Bangladesh Football Federation this afternoon.Bangladesh team head coach Mostafa Anower Parvez said “We reached at Qatar safely and had a practice ahead of the first match … everybody is physically and mentally ok , Qatar weather is slightly more hot, Our boys are try to adjust the weather condition ….,tomorrow (Wednesday) is our first match is against UAE, we have some idea about UAE team and our boys are ready to give their best effort for hoping for a good result.He said Qatar, UAE and Yemen are all ahead of us. However, we are prepared to face the challenges ahead of us, we will fight for a decent result.” Bangladesh team’s captain Yaseer Arafat said: “Our team is ready to fight with UAE team. According to our coach’s instruction strategy we will give hundred percent in the match to achieve a good result for Bangladesh. Please pray for us.” Bangladesh will play their second match against Yemen on September 22nd and wraps up the campaign against hosts Qatar on September 24.BSS
