Bangladeshis pushed in by BSF in C’nawabganj


Members of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) pushed in 19 Bangladeshi nationals through Bakchar frontier in Sadar upazila early Wednesday.   Lt Col Manjurul Alam, commanding officer of Chapainawabganj Border Guard Bangladesh Battalion-9, said members of BSF from Ramnagar outpost sent back the Bangladeshis, who were detained for intrusion and sent to jail, around 12:30am.   Later, a BGB team arrested them.   Thirteen of them hail from Chapainawabganj and others from Sunamganj, Patuakhali, Bhola and Faridpur districts. – UNB
