Dhaka – A seven-year-old boy was found dead at Shyampur in the capital on Wednesday.The deceased was identified as Abdullah, son of Golam Mostafa of Mehendiganj upazila in Barisal district. Mostafa used to live at Natun Ali Bahar of Shyampur union under Kadamtali Police Station along with his family,UNB News Agency Reported.Sub-inspector Bachchu Miah of Dhaka Medical College Hospital police camp said the boy was brought to the hospital around 3:30 pm with his face stained with blood when doctors declared him brought dead.Quoting victim’s mother Ayesha Begum, he said Abdullah went out of their house in the morning for playing with other children but went missing.After a frantic search, the boy was found lying unconscious at a field on the Ujala Match Factory Ltd premises in the afternoon, said officer-in-charge of Kadamtali Police Station Kazi Wazed Ali.Later, he was taken to the DMCH where doctors declared him dead, he said, adding that it was not still clear how the incident happened.
