Chuadanga cattle trader killed in robbers’ attack


Dhaka  – A cattle trader was stabbed to death and 14 others were injured in an attack by some robbers at Madhukhali in Alamdanga upazila in Chuadanga on Thursday night.The deceased was identified as Bhulu Mandal, son of Rabiul Islam of Natidanga village in the upazila.Quoting victims, police said 10-12 robbers intercepted a human hauler carrying some cattle traders and stabbed the traders with sharp weapons around 9:30 pm, leaving 15 people injured,UNB News Agency Reported.
The injured were rushed to Sadar hospital where doctors declared Bhulu dead.Police said the cattle traders hired the human hauler for returning to their home from Shialmari cattle market in Jibonnagar upazila after selling cattle.Rashidul Hasan, superintendent of Chuadanga Police, visited the hospital.
