Police also arrested Tanjib’s younger brother Tanjir and younger sister Masuma Akter with a laptop, but they were also released on bail as the prosecution did not oppose their bail petition.
The trio along with three other suspected militants from the family–Maksuda, her husband Shakir, and Masuma’s husband Najmul–are now at large.
Police also published a poster with photos of 11 suspected operatives of Hizb-ut Tahrir.
Two among them — Musabbir alias Prokash alias Tonmoy, 30, and Harez Ali, 27– reportedly facilitated training to other members of the outfit.
