Dhaka  – The Federation Cup Football Tournament, scheduled to begin Sunday (May 15), has been deferred by almost one month after the next-month’s AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers with Tajikistan.BFF Senior Vice President Abdus Salam Murshedy confirmed it on Saturday after a meeting at BFF house on Saturday.Twelve teams of the professional football league will be take part in the ensuing Federation Cup Football.Bangladesh national football team will play a two-match play off (stage-1) against Tajikistan, away match on June 2 and the home match on June 7. Meanwhile, the Dutch coach of Bangladesh national football team Lodewijk Darius de Kruif will arrive in the city on Monday (May 16) to groom Bangladesh team for AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers against Tajikistan.
