Dhaka – Mustafizur Rahman made the first breakthrough for Bangladesh dismissing Luke Ronchi when New Zealand collected 23 runs in 3.4 overs in the 6th and last match of the Tri-nation Series at Clontarf Cricket Club Ground in Dublin on Wednesday.Ronchi (2 off 5b) was caught by Shakib Al Hasan off Mustafiz’s 3rd ball of his 2nd over conceding 9 runs.New Zealand were bating on 34/1 in 6 overs with skipper Tom Latham (22 off 25b; 4×4 ) and Neil Broom (4 off 6b; 1×4) at the crease in the 2nd wicket stand.In the very 3rd ball of the innings Nasir Hossain spoiled an opportunity to depart New Zealand skipper Tom Latham, dropping a simple catch in the square leg off Mashrafe Bin Mortaza’s bowling.Earlier, Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bowl first against New Zealand in the 6th and last match of the Tri-nation Series.UNB news agency
