Indian Citizen held by BGB in Kurigram

The members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) of Pathordubi Border out
Post (BOP) under Bhurungamari upazila in Kurigram district held one
Indian citizen who entered into Bangladesh territory illegally and
handed over to Bhurungamari thana police and sent to jail on Sunday.
The arrested identified as Saddi Mia 40 son of Yousuf Ali of
Shakuntala village under Alipur thana of Jalpaikuri district under
West Bengal state in India.
BGB sources said the petrol team of BGB observed that Saddi Mia 40
moved in the border area as suspiciously in Pathordubi frontier under
Bhurungamari upazila on Saturday night.
Company Commander of Banghander under Kurigram 45 BGB Battalion
Mohammad Ali Sarker admitted the incident.
Sub-Inspector of Bhurhungamari police station Dulal Ahmed told that
the Indian citizen sent to jail custody on Sunday.
