Petitioner Abdul Kadir Sujon said Irad Ahmed also made a derogatory comment about the Father of the Nation and published the post through his facebook status on September 15.
Sujon also said, “As a member of the BNP’s National Executive Committee, Irad cannot post such a statement on his facebook wall alone…it might be a decision of the party. Its top two leaders must know the fact. I think Irad might have posted the statement after getting permission from them.”
