Dhaka – After successful shoulder surgery in London,UK, Bangladesh’s young bowling talent Mustafizur Rahman is likely to
return home within a week.On Saturday noon, the 20-year-old from Satkhira was released from Bupa Cromwell Hospital where he had a successful shoulder surgery under Andrew Wallace on Thursday,UNB News Agency Reported.Mustafiz’s condition is improving and he will need a check up on August 17 before leaving for country, said Debashish Chowdhury,
physio of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), quoting Andrew Wallace.He appeared to be in relaxed mood when he came out from the hospital and now staying at Dagenham in East London.A pace sensation of the Cricket world, Mustafiz’s rehabilitation has already started with necessary physical exercise.The BCB physio said usually a player needs five-six months to recover after this type of operation.Mustafiz complained of pain after his second match for Sussex on July 22.He was ruled out of the rest of their one-day and T20 campaign with a SLAP (Superior Labrum from Anterior to Posterior) tear.
