Dhaka, Jun 12 (UNB) – Bangladesh Hockey Federation on Monday dismissed German Head Coach of Bangladesh National Hockey Team Oliver Kurtz for violating the code of contract.He left the station (Dhaka) without taking any prior permission from the authorities concerned despite national camp was underway.The working committee of the federation in a meeting took the decision to remove him within five months of his appointment reviewing present and past behaviours.Oliver Kurtz was appointed as the head coach on January 18 last under a joint contract with coach, federation and coach sponsor Index Group.Earlier, the German coach was appointed head coach of Bangladesh last September under a deal with sponsor Index Group denying Bangladesh Hockey Federation and later a joint contract was signed in January.Oliver Kurtz reportedly left Dhaka for Kenya on June 5 on a personal trip.UNB news agency
