London: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina left London for Canada and the US on Thursday to attend the 5th Global Fund Replenishment Conference to be held in Montreal and the 71st UN General Assembly session in New York. UNB News Agency Reported.
A VVIP flight of Air Canada carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage left Heathrow International Airport in the British capital at 2:40 pm local time.
Acting High Commissioner of Bangladesh to the United Kingdom Khandokar Mohammad Talha saw the Prime Minister off at the airport.
The flight is scheduled to reach Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, Montreal at 04:15 pm (local time) on Thursday.
