Do you remember the blue-eyed actor from Dhaka Attack film? Who snatched the spotlight from hero Arefin Shuvo being a villain? Yes, he is none other than Taskeen Rahman who impressed audiences with his ‘bad-boy’ charm and of course stole numerous hearts of Bangladeshi beauties. There was not a single person who didn’t love Taskeen’s acting and looking charisma in Dhaka Attack.

And now it seems, with one negative role, this blue eyed dashing star has won film directors’ hearts too. Yes, Taskeen Rahman is returning to film with a hero role. A fabulous news for all those beauties who dove deeper in those killer eyes.
The film that he will be appearing in a hero role is being titled as Jodi Ekdin. It will be directed by none other than Muahmmad Mostofa Kamal Raj who came into spotlight by his directorial debut Projapoti. The film will be produced by RTV, proprietary organization of Bengal Multimedia. The other casts of the film has not been finalized yet but soon will be announced. However, the music line-up of Jodi Ekdin has been finalized.
The songs of this film will be written by Kabir Bakul, Asif Iqbal, Manjur and Johny Haq. Hridoy Khan, Porshi, band Chirkut, Tahsan, Konal, Imran, Nancy and Naved Parvez will give their voice to the songs.
People, who have seen Dhaka Attack, talked highly of Taskeen Rahman on social media platforms. His affirmative presence on screen as a villain in his debut film, while making a name is a rare occasion in Dhallywood. According to most viewers, Taskeen’s performance and screen aura was compared with veteran actor and hit villain of Dhallywood, Humayan Faridi, commenting that another Faridi has arrived.  Quite humbly, Taskeen refused to be compared with such a personality, since he believes he will need to work much harder to reach his level. Taskeen had previously worked as a child artist.
