SSC results 2022: Average pass rate 87.44%

Results of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations for 2022 were published earlier Monday. The average pass rate is 87.44 considering all education boards.
The pass rate of 2022 SSC examination under nine general boards is 88.10 percent while that of madrasa board is 82.22 percent, and technical board 89.55 percent.
Education Minister Dipu Moni shared detailed information on this year’s SSC results during a press conference at International Mother Language Institute in Dhaka this noon.
Earlier Monday, the education minister handed over the 2022 SSC result summary to Prime Minister Shikh Hasina at the PMO.
This year, more than 20 lakh students took part in SSC and equivalent examinations under 11 boards, including madrasa (Dakhil) and Technical Education.
Of them, 15.99 lakh were from nine general education boards, 2.68 under the Madrasa Education Board, and 1.53 lakh under Technical Education Board. SSC and equivalent examinations began across the country on September 15.

2,975 educational institutions achieve 100pc successes

 A total of 2,975 educational institutions achieved 100 percent pass rate in this year's SSC and equivalent examinations, while the number was 5,494 last year.
Of those, 225 institutions are from Dhaka, 147 from Rajshahi, 211 from Cumilla, 513 from Jashore, 71 from Chattogram, 149 from Barishal, 27 from Sylhet, 87 from Dinajpur, 64 from Mymensingh while 1,305 are under Madrasah Board and 176 under Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).
