Different types of tea are available in the world. Red tea, black tea, green tea, lemon tea, herbal tea, milk tea, masala tea and so on. Green tea help decrease blood sugar level which is good for diabetic patients. Green tea has been found to be good at improvingbone’s and tooth’s density and strength.
