Sheikh Russel KC finish sixth in BPL

Dhaka, 2 Aug  - Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra finished the TVS Bangladesh Premier League campaign with a by 4-1 goals victory over Swadhinata Krira Sangha held Monday at Muktijoddha Smrity Stadium in Rajshahi.

With the day's win, Sheikh Russel KC finished sixth position in the
league with 31 points from 22 matches while Swadhinata Krira Sangha who were relegated freom the league, remained bottom of the table with 10 points playing the same number of matches.

In the proceeding, forward Richard Gadze, Ivorian footballer Kpehi Didier Brossou and Nigerian forward Ismahil Akinade and midfielder Manik Hossain Mollah scored one goal each for Sheikh Russel in the 16th, 17th, 36th and 75th minutes respectively while Saif Shamsud netted the lone goal for the Swadhinata Krira Sangha in the 49th minute of the match.
