Hearty Eid Greetings to war-torn Syrian children!

Muslims around the world are celebrating Eid-ul-Adha with joy and festivity. It is a great occasion for the children. They celebrate Eid by wearing new clothes and visiting friends and relatives’ houses. But due to war, Syrian Children are in serious distress. According to UNICEF, around 14 million children are suffering hardship and trauma from the war in Syria and Iraq. Several children and their parents had died due to the war and millions fled to neighboring countries and become refugees. The children are being deprived of schools, food, medical attention, or a safe community to grow up. So there is no scope for the Syrian people including the children to celebrate Eid. A very sad episode in this era of civilization!
While extending deep sympathy to the war-torn Syrian Muslims, we would fervently call upon all the concerns to draw an end to war and conflict. Let the international community take active initiative to help Syrian and Iraqi children and their families restore normal life.
On this holy and happy occasion of Eid, we send our very best wishes and hearty Eid greetings to the Syrian and Iraqi Children. May God bless them and us all!
Yours truly,
