India’s cooperation to restore democracy to be sought: BNP


Meanwhile, ASM Hannan Shah yesterday said they would seek Modi’s cooperation in establishing democracy in Bangladesh
Addressing a discussion meeting at the Jatiya Press Club to mark the death anniversary of late President Ziaur Rahman, he termed Modi as a symbol of democracy and hoped that he would take cooperate in restoration of democracy in the country maintaining the interest of democracy.Talking to Journalists, BNP standing committee member Lt Gen (Retd) Mahbubur Rahman also echoed Hannan Shah saying that country’s democracy has become fragile and they would seek cooperation of Indian government to restore it.
