Alia Bhatt, who is undoubtedly b-town’s favourite girl amongst the young stars is at the peak of her career and it surely has been an interesting journey for her.  Alia made her big Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year opposite Ranbir Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra.

The 24 year old actress has bagged some great films in her kitty this year again and the diva is working super hard to be in her best shape. Alia is now being trained by Kareena Kapoor Khan’s dietician Rujuta Diwekar who makes sure the actress remains fit.

At a recent event, Alia spoke to her fans from different age groups and spilled some secrets about her diet looking every bit radiant. She said, “Everyone’s talking about gluten-free pizza, brown bread and red rice, about reducing their carb intake, and I’m eating white bread and butter at 4am. Rujuta showed me how local food eaten in moderation can be healthy,” She candidly added, “Trust me, no boy is worth starving for!”

And for all of you who wonder what is it that helps Alia look so good and healthy, she went on to spill the secret, saying, “Dal khichdi and curd rice are my favourites with a spoonful of ghee,”
