A man died after being crushed under the wheels of a train at Kamarkhand in Sirajganj on Saturday.



A man died after being crushed under the wheels of a train at Kamarkhand in Sirajganj on Saturday (June 11) morning.
The accident took place at Jamtoil Railway Station in the upazila.
The deceased was identified as Liton Hossain, 45, son of Shamsu Master of Tengrail village in the upazila.
Quoting locals, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sirajganj Bazar GRP Police Station Harun-or-Rashid said Liton Hossain died after being crushed under the wheels of a train coming from Dhaka while he was crossing the rail line around 10:45 am.
