Worker killed in Chuadanga boiler blast

A 22-year-old worker was killed in a boiler explosion at a rice mill at Piaratala in Jibonnagar upazila of Chuadanga on Sunday.



A 22-year-old worker was killed in a boiler explosion at a rice mill at Piaratala in Jibonnagar upazila of Chuadanga district on Sunday, said police.
The deceased was identified as Foysal Hossain, son of Kamal Hossain of the area.
The explosion occurred around 11:45 am when Foysal was working in the mill, leaving him dead on the spot, said Abdul Khalek, officer-in-charge of Jibonnagar Police Station.
