Five autorickshaw passengers crushed under train in Tangail

Five passengers of an auto-rickshaw were killed in Tangail road accident on Wednesday.



Five passengers of an auto-rickshaw were killed after being crushed under the wheels of a train at an unprotected rail crossing at Bhuapur upazila in Tangail on Wednesday morning.

Three more people were injured in this connection.

The incident took place around 11:30am.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bhuapur Police Station Faridul Islam confirmed the matter.
