2 killed in Chattogram road crash

Two people were killed and another injured in Chattogram road accident.



Chattogram, Oct 20 : Two people were killed and another injured when a bus knocked them down outside Chattogram University in Hathazari upazila of Chattogram district on Wednesday.

The deceased were identified as Nasir Uddin, 55 and Mohammad Rubel Hossain, 25 of Fatehabad area.

The accident occurred in the morning when the Chattogram-bound bus hit three people while they were unloading goods from a pick-up van near the road, leaving three people injured.

The injured were taken to a local hospital where the doctors declared two of them dead, reports UNB.
