Man killed, 3 injured in truck autorickshaw accident in city
A man was killed and three were killed as a truck rammed a CNG-run autorickshaw at Bosila area under Hazaribagh Police Station.
A man was killed and three were killed as a truck rammed a CNG-run autorickshaw at Bosila area under Hazaribagh Police Station in the capital on Saturday morning.
The deceased was identified as Md Selim, 35, a tenant of Keraniganj area.
Hazaribagh Police Station officer-in-charge Ahad Ali said a speeding truck rammed into a CNG-run autorickshaw on the slope of Bosila Bridge, leaving Selim dead on the spot and three other passengers critically injured.
The injured were admitted to a local hospital where they are undergoing treatment.
Being informed, police recovered the body and sent to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, he said.
Legal procedures were under process in this regard, the OC added.
