Two youths killed in Naogaon road accident

Two youths were killed and another was injured in a road accident at Parbatipur intersection in Patnitala upazila of the district last night.
The deceased were identified as Sunidhir Ashraf (17), son of Bethul Ashraf, and Hridoy Hossain (18), son of Akhtaruzzaman. Both were residents of the Masterpara area under Mahadevpur upazila.
The accident occurred on the Mahadevpur-Patnitala highway when a speeding motorcycle crashed into a stationary bus, critically injuring all three riders, said Enayetur Rahman, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Patnitala Police Station.
The injured were taken to the Upazila Health Complex, where the on-duty doctor declared Sunidhir Ashraf dead, reports BSS.
Hridoy Hossain died on the way to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital.
