Bramhanbaria road crash kills three

Three people were killed when a bus hit a CNG run-auto-rickshaw on Nabinagar-Companiganj road in Nabinagar upazila of Brahmanbaria district early Thursday.


The deceased were identified as Abul Kashem, son of Hazrat Ali, Sohag Mia, son of Billal Mia and Nurul Alam, son of Abul Khayer of the upazila.

The accident occurred at Bashbazar early in this morning when the bus crashed into the Cumilla-bound CNG-run auto-rickshaw, leaving three killed on the spot, said sub-inspector of Nabinagar Police Station, Azadur Rahman.

On information, police recovered the bodies and seized the bus but could not arrest anyone, reports UNB.
