Biman Bangladesh Airlines will resume its Dhaka-Narita-Dhaka flight on July 27, not June 30 as reported earlier, Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Afroza Khanam Rita said on Monday.

She made the announcement at a press briefing on the route's resumption held at the Press Information Department conference room at the Secretariat.

State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism M Rashiduzzaman Millat was also present.

Earlier on July 1, 2025, it suspended operations citing pressure from Hajj flights, an aircraft shortage and commercial considerations, reports UNB.
