DBBL holds Strategic Conclave for Noakhali and Cumilla Regions
Dutch-Bangla Noakhali and Cumilla Regions Strategic Conclave held
A Strategic Conclave of Dutch-Bangla Bank with Noakhali and Cumilla Regions was held on October 09, 2026 at BURO Training Center, Cumilla in hybrid model to formulate business strategies for the branches and to strengthen customer service excellence.
Mr. Md. Ahteshamul Haque Khan, Managing Director and CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank was present as the Chief Guest in the program. In his speech, the Managing Director and CEO said that DBBL has undertaken various strategies to become the Best Financial Solution Partner “the Trusted Partner” for its customers. He highlighted several strategic priorities, including a Client Caring Mentality, to ensure service excellence.
The Branch Managers of Noakhali and Cumilla Regions presented their respective strategies in the conclave and assured the management of achieving their business targets through excellent customer service. The senior management team also shared their observations and provided guidance on improving customer service and achieving business targets.
