Sylhet Zone of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC organized Agent Banking Business Development Conference and Workshop on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at a hotel in Sylhet City.

Md. Saiful Islam Khan, Executive Director of the Bangladesh Bank addressed the conference as Chief Guest. Md. Omar Faruk khan, Additional Managing Director of the Bank presided over the function while Md. Gakir Hossain, Head of Sylhet Zone, A.K.M. Mahbub Morshed, Head of Development Wing and Abul Laise Mohd. Khaled, Head of Agent Banking Division of the bank addressed the conference as special guests.
