BRAC Bank, British Council, and Toastmasters International have entered into a partnership agreement to launch the Speech Contest. The signing ceremony, held at the British Council’s Fuller Road office, marks the beginning of a transformative journey for young learners.

The competition will unfold through preliminary, regional, and final rounds, where participants will be evaluated based on content, delivery, and language proficiency.

Ultimately, two champions will be crowned, recognising their exceptional talent and mastery of spoken English.
