Islami Bank Training and Research Academy (IBTRA) inaugurated Internship Program on April 15, 2025. Md. Omar Faruk Khan, managing director (current charge) of the bank was present in the program as chief guest. 

K.M. Munirul Alam Al-Mamoon, deputy managing director & director general of IBTRA presided over the program while Md. Mizanur Rahman Mizi, Nazmus Sakib Md. Rezaur Rahman, Md. Rezaul Islam and Mohammad Nurul Hossain Kawsar, executive vice presidents of the bank also attended the program. A total of 112 students from different public and private universities are participating in the program for 60 days. – Press release
