Gold Prices Drop by Tk1,574 After Two Days of Increase

The price of 22-carat gold is set to decrease by Tk1,574 per bhori from Friday, following a decline in local market rates, according to the Bangladesh Jeweller’s Association (BAJUS).

This drop comes after two consecutive days of price increases on Wednesday and Thursday.

As per the latest BAJUS announcement, the new prices will be Tk171,601 per bhori for 22-carat gold, Tk163,798 for 21-carat gold, Tk140,400 for 18-carat gold, and Tk116,127 for traditional gold.
