Saifur Islam re-elected DBA president

The Dhaka Stock Brokers Association (DBA), the organization for stockbrokers in the capital market, has announced that all 15 members of its new Board of Directors have been elected unopposed.


The newly elected members, who will lead the DBA for a two-year term covering 2026 and 2027, include one president, one senior vice president, one vice president, and twelve directors.

Saifur Islam, Director of BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited, was re-elected as President.

Md Moniruzzaman, managing director and CEO of Prime Bank Securities, has been elected senior vice-president, while Md. Nafeez Al Tarik, managing director of Dhaka Bank Securities, has been elected vice-president, reports BSS.
