They have called all academic activities off until their demand of taking action against the teacher, Professor Naadir Junaid, is put into effect.
The students of Mass Communication and Journalism department at Dhaka University have boycotted their class activities seeking proper investigation and punishment over an allegation of "sexual harassment" against a teacher.
They have called all academic activities off until their demand of taking action against the teacher, Professor Naadir Junaid, is put into effect.
The students on Sunday brought a procession and organised a human chain on the university campus. At that time, they showed different types of placards, posters and banners calling to boycott Professor Naadir Junaid in the university.
