Pre-primary classes to start on March 15

Classes at pre-primary schools will resume on March 15 after a two-year closure due to Covid-19 pandemic.

The decision was taken today at a meeting chaired by state minister for primary and mass education Md Zakir Hossain at the secretariat, said a press release.

Classes will initially be held two days a week -- Sunday and Tuesday.

Secretary of the Ministry Aminul Islam Khan, Director General of the Department of Primary Education Alamgir Muhammad Mansur Alam and Additional Secretary Ruhul Amin were present at the meeting, reports BSS.
