Indian NEHU Prof Naga meets DU VC

North Eastern Hill University (NEHU), India, Professor Dr Mosses Naga today met with Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Niaz Ahmed Khan at his office here.


DU Information Science and Library Management Department Professor Dr Muhammad Mejbah-ul-Islam was present at the meeting, said a press release.

During the meeting, they discussed various issues of mutual interest, especially the launching of joint collaborative education and research programmes between Dhaka University and North Eastern Hill University, India.

The meeting also discussed the possibility of exchanging teachers, students and researchers between the two universities, reports BSS. 

They reached a consensus to sign a memorandum of understanding in this regard soon, it added.
