Pori Moni had hoped for Sariful Razz to receive an award during the Meril-Prothom Alo Awards 2022

Pori Moni had hoped for Sariful Razz to receive an award during the Meril-Prothom Alo Awards 2022 at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center's Hall of Fame in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar on Friday, September 8.
Her hope however remained unfulfilled and she sounded regretful about her husband Razz, not winning the Best Film Actor Award. Chanchal Chowdhury won the coveted award, amongst the men, for his performance in the film "Hawa".
On Friday Razz made an appearance at the venue and sat next to Pori Moni. The star was then seen standing on the left side of the stage until the winner of the acting segment was announced.
Pori Moni on the other hand was intently watching the announcement for the Best Film Actor Award. Once Razz's name was not announced, she immediately said, "What has happened? Razz was hopeful about winning the award since he had this award in mind, even when he had been filming another project.
The actress then consoled herself and said, "It's okay if he didn't get the reward. He'll sooner or later win the award if he continues to work well."
Interestingly, after many controversies, the Pori Moni-Razz couple, are now together again. They want to spend the coming days happily with their son Rajya.
