Filmmaker Harunur Rashid dies

He breathed his last at a hospital in the city on Thursday (February 1) midnight.



Country’s noted film director and writer Harunur Rashid has passed away.

He breathed his last at a hospital in the city on Thursday (February 1) midnight. 

He was 83 years. 

The film director left behind one son and one daughter to mourn his death.

In 1976, he won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Director for the film Megher Onek Rong.
