FIDE rapid rating chess begins tomorrow

Dhaka, 14 Nov - Sports Bangla FIDE Rapid Rating Chess tournament begins from Friday in the sports room of Bangladesh Chess Federation. 

The players, who are interested to take part in this chess competition, have been asked to submit their names with the prescribed entry fee in the playing venue before 2.30 pm, said a press release. 

The tournament is open for all participants.

Organised by Sports Bangla under guidance of Bangladesh Chess Federation the competition will be held in a seven-round Swiss-league format and the winners will be awarded a cash prize of Taka 42,000.
