Dhaka, 14 March - Independence Day WALTON International Rating Chess Tournament begins Saturday at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room in the capital, said a press release.

Participation in this competition is open for all chess players. The
tournament will be held in a nine-round Swiss-league format and the winners'
will be awarded a total cash prize of Taka 150,000.00 and Walton merchandise.bss
