Confirming the matter, Asaduzzaman, an official of meteorological office in Dinajpur, said lowest temperature was recorded at 11 degrees Celsius at 6 am on Monday (January 2) in Dinajpur.
At that time, humidity was 96 percent, said the Met officer.
Yesterday, temperature was recorded at 10.5 degrees Celsius in Dinajpur and humidity was 96 percent.
