Moderate to thick fog may occur over the river basins and adjoining areas , may occur elsewhere over the country from Tuesday midnight to Wednesday morning.



Moderate to thick fog may occur over the river basins and adjoining areas and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country from Tuesday midnight to Wednesday morning, a met release said.
Mild cold wave is sweeping over Rangpur division and the districts of Pabna, Naogaon and Chuadanga and it may continue, said a bulletin of Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) Tuesday.
Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, the release added.
Night temperature may fall by (1-2) degrees Celsius and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.
Country's maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 30.2 degrees Celsius at Srimangal of Sylhet division, while the minimum temperature today was 8.4 degrees Celsius at Tetulia of Rangpur division.
 The sun sets at 05.28pm today and rises at 06.44am tomorrow in the capital.
