Confirming the matter, Asaduzzaman, an official of meteorological office in Dinajpur, said lowest temperature was recorded at 10.1 degrees Celsius at 9 am on Sunday (January 15) in Dinajpur.
At that time, humidity was 96 percent, said the Met officer.
Saturday, temperature was recorded at 9 degrees Celsius in Dinajpur and humidity was 85 percent.
