Confirming the matter, Tofazzel Hossain, an official of meteorological office in Dinajpur, said the lowest temperature was recorded at 13 degrees Celsius at 6 am on Sunday in Dinajpur.
At that time, humidity was 78 percent, said the Met officer.
Wednesday, temperature was recorded at 13.4 degrees Celsius in Dinajpur.
