Houthi spokesman denies launching drone towards Saudi Arabia

Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree says his forces have not carried out any military operation towards Saudi Arabia, denying claims that one of their drones was shot down over Medina.


“We did not carry out any operation towards Saudi territory,” Saree said in a statement posted on Telegram.

He also denied that a Houthi drone had been intercepted in Medina’s airspace.

The statement came after Saudi authorities reported intercepting a drone over the Medina region, reports AL Jazeera.
