Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution Company Limited has summited a proposal seeking a hike in gas price for domestic use.



Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution Company Limited has summited a proposal seeking a hike in gas price for domestic use.
On May 2, the proposal was sent to Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) to increase the monthly bill of natural gas to Tk 1,379 for single burner while Tk 1,591 for double burner.
The proposal also includes increase in gas prices from 39 to 47 per cent for the banners without meters.
