WASA Managing Director Taqseem A Khan has ruled out the allegation of owning 14 houses in the US.

WASA Managing Director Taqseem A Khan has ruled out the allegation of owning 14 houses in the US and said that not 14, only one house is bought in his wife’s name.
“The news which was published in a national daily about 14 houses of me in the US, is totally a lie. There is no truth to this report. Of the 14 houses, only one is bought in my wife’s name which is an apartment. The remaining are not ours,” he said this while addressing the media at WASA bhaban in the capital’s Karwan Bazar on Tuesday (January 10).
Taqseem A Khan said, “I, my wife and my son, all are permanent citizens of the US. My wife and son are well-established there. My wife does a government job there. My son also does a job having high salary. That’s why, it is not so difficult to buy a house there. My wife owns only one house. It is not a house, it is an apartment.”
“Of the 14 houses, my family lived in the five houses as tenants. Anyone can look into this matter,” he added.
