HC summons 3 Nilphamari lawyers over misconduct with judge
The High Court has summoned three lawyers in Nilphamari .
The High Court has summoned three lawyers including Nilphamari Bar Association President Advocate Momtazul Haque for creating chaos and misbehaving with the district's Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-1 Judge Md Golam Sarwar.
On Wednesday, the HC bench of Justice JBM Hassan and Justice Razik-Al-Jalil passed an order following an allegation of the judge.
Two other layers are Md Ajharul Islam and Ferdous Alam.
They were asked to explain their position appearing before the High Court bench on February 8.
On November 28, last year, there was an incident between a judge and the lawyers inside Nilphamari Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-1 over a judgment.
Regarding the issue, Judge Md Golam Sarwar sent a letter to the registrar general of the Supreme Court on November 29.
