Expelled Bangladesh Awami Juba League leader Ismail Hossain Chowdhury Samrat has got permission to go abroad for treatment.
Judge Md Manzurul Emam of Dhaka Special Judge Court-6 passed the order after his lawyer had filed a petition seeking permission on Thursday.
On June 1 was scheduled for charge hearing in a case filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
The court fixed July 6 for charge hearing and gave permission to go abroad for treatment.
